Terms of service
These terms cover your use of Nina, an invite-only beta run by Edward Hill. By using Nina you agree to them.
The beta
Nina is a prototype. Features, limits and access can change or stop at any time, and access is by invitation, which can be withdrawn.
Attributions and prices are estimates
Nina's attributions (By, After, Manner of) are opinions generated by AI from photos. They are not appraisals, authentications or statements of provenance. Prices are estimates or third-party listings that may be out of date. Check a piece in person, or with a qualified specialist, before you buy, sell or insure it.
Your uploads
Only upload images you have the right to use. You keep all rights in what you upload, and you let Nina process it to give you results, as described in the privacy policy.
Fair use
- Don't share your access code or account with people who weren't invited.
- Don't try to get around scan limits, overload the service, or scrape it with automated tools.
- Don't use Nina for anything unlawful.
Links to stores
Nina links to independent stores, marketplaces and dealers. Nina doesn't sell anything itself and isn't responsible for those sites, their listings or your purchases from them. Some links may earn Nina a referral fee, at no extra cost to you.
No warranty
Nina is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Nina and its operator aren't liable for losses arising from your use of it, including decisions made on its attributions or prices.
Changes and contact
